Jefferson Chamber PAC Endorses Mike Glaser for Kenner Mayor

The Jefferson Chamber Political Action Committee (PAC) has announced its endorsement to re-elect Mike Glaser for Mayor of the City of Kenner.

“As the largest city in Jefferson Parish, Kenner requires experienced, steady leadership and a business climate that reflects the pro-business values of our region. Mayor Mike Glaser has demonstrated a strong commitment to economic development and is well-positioned to continue supporting growth and opportunity in Kenner,” said 2026 PAC Chair Nora Vaden Holmes.

Kenner serves as a critical economic engine for Jefferson Parish and the greater New Orleans region, anchored by the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, one of the region’s most significant drivers of commerce, tourism, and job creation. As a key gateway to the region, Kenner plays an essential role in supporting not only local businesses, but also the broader regional economy that connects Jefferson Parish with neighboring communities.

The city is also positioned for substantial future growth, with several major redevelopment and economic development opportunities on the horizon. These include the continued revitalization of the Kenner Lakefront and Rivertown, the redevelopment potential of the Esplanade Mall property, and additional growth tied to the airport and surrounding infrastructure. With Mayor Mike Glaser’s proven leadership and forward-looking vision, the City of Kenner is well-positioned to continue building on this momentum and advancing a strong, prosperous future.
